Terms of Service

Last updated: 22 October 2026

The short version. You need to be 13 or older. Play fair, pick a decent callsign, don't cheat or attack the servers. Test progress is wiped at launch. Credits you buy are delivered straight away, can't be cashed out, and only buy cosmetics. If you break the rules, we can suspend your account.

1. Who we are and what these terms cover

FRAGSLIDE is developed and published by PROGRAMELLO, obrt za računalne usluge, a sole proprietorship owned by Andrija Rupić, based in Šibenik, Croatia (Croatian crafts register no. 98446711) ("we", "us"). These terms apply to the FRAGSLIDE game, including test builds, its online services and the website fragslide.com. By playing or using them, you agree to these terms. How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

If you get FRAGSLIDE through Steam, the Steam Subscriber Agreement also applies to your use of Steam.

2. Who can play

You need to be at least 13. If you are under 16, you need a parent's or guardian's permission to play, and if you are under 18, you need their permission to buy Credits. If you accept these terms for someone else, you accept them on their behalf.

3. Your account

  • Your account is linked to your Steam account, so keeping your Steam account secure keeps your FRAGSLIDE account secure.
  • Test builds may use a recovery code instead. Keep it private: anyone who has it can use that account.
  • Your callsign must not impersonate others, or be hateful, sexual, threatening or otherwise offensive. We can change or remove callsigns that break this.
  • Don't sell, share or trade accounts.

4. Play fair

You agree not to:

  • use cheats, bots, macros, modified clients or any software that gives an unfair advantage;
  • exploit bugs on purpose instead of reporting them;
  • attack, overload, probe or disrupt our servers or other players' connections;
  • reverse engineer the game or its network traffic to do any of the above;
  • harass, threaten or cheat other players, or send abusive or illegal content in bug reports.

If you break these rules, we can warn you, suspend your account for a while or permanently, or reset progress gained unfairly.

5. Test builds

Closed tests and playtests are early versions. They can have bugs, crashes and downtime, and features can change or be removed. Progress, unlocks and Credits from closed tests are wiped when the game launches; testers keep a Founding Tester badge. Please don't share test keys unless we say you can.

6. Credits and in-game items

  • Credits are an in-game currency. You earn them by playing or buy them in Credit packs. Items you unlock or buy with Credits are a licence to use them in FRAGSLIDE, not property you own.
  • Credits and items have no real-money value outside the game. They can't be cashed out, sold, transferred to another account or traded outside the game.
  • The store sells cosmetics only. They don't change how weapons or characters perform. There are no loot boxes: you always see exactly what you get before you buy.

7. Buying Credits

  • How you pay. Credit packs are bought inside the game and paid through Steam. Valve processes the payment in the Steam overlay; we never see your card details. The price, including any taxes Steam applies, is shown in Steam before you confirm.
  • Delivery. Credits are added to your account as soon as Steam confirms the payment. If they don't arrive, contact us with the date and pack, and we will fix it or refund you.
  • Your right of withdrawal. In the EU you normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. For Credits, which are digital content delivered straight away, you ask us to deliver them immediately and confirm that you then lose the right of withdrawal once they are delivered. The game asks for this confirmation before every purchase.
  • Refunds. We refund purchases that failed, were charged twice or never arrived. Other refund requests can be sent to [email protected], and we will look at each one fairly. If a refund is given or a payment is reversed, the Credits are removed, and items bought with them may be removed too. This doesn't affect your legal rights if something you bought is faulty or not as described.
  • If the game shuts down. We will announce it at least 60 days in advance and stop selling Credits from the day we announce it.
  • Bans. If we close an account for cheating or another serious breach of these terms, it loses access to its Credits and items, including purchased ones, as far as the law allows.

8. Our content

The game, its art, music, code, names and logos belong to PROGRAMELLO or its licensors. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to play the game for your own use. You may share screenshots and videos of yourself playing, including monetized videos, as long as you don't claim the game as your own or suggest that we endorse you.

9. Your feedback

If you send us ideas, suggestions or bug reports, we can use them to improve the game without owing you anything for them.

10. Availability and changes

We work to keep the servers running, but can't promise they will always be available. We may update, change or end the game or its online services. If we end online services for a game you paid for, we will give reasonable notice.

11. Liability

The game is provided "as is", as far as the law allows. We are not liable for indirect losses, or for losses caused by things outside our reasonable control. This does not limit liability that can't legally be limited, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or your rights as a consumer.

12. Ending your account

You can stop playing at any time and ask us to delete your account at [email protected]. Unspent Credits are lost when an account is deleted, and we keep order records as long as the law requires. We can suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top and, for significant changes, announce them on our Discord. If you keep playing after a change, the new terms apply.

14. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Croatia. If you live in the EU, you also keep the protection of the consumer laws of your country, and you can bring a claim in your local courts.
